Why seek coaching?
Often the pages of our “book of life” are out of order, creating chaos, which leads to stress, anxiety, and the inability to proceed with even the simplest of tasks. My goal in coaching is to help you put those pages in order so that you can face life challenges in a stronger, more productive way, while achieving your goals and seeking balance in your life.
What can I expect from our sessions ?
Our first official session will be a 50-minute formal assessment. In that time, we will discuss the challenges you are facing and the strategies we could take together to help you overcome them.
It is important to note that the investment is not based on time or the numbers of sessions but rather on your own exact desired results.
Diane’s story
Coaching was a natural progression for me after studying psychology. I never wavered from my passion of helping others.
My life story has had many challenging moments. These moments have helped me become independent, compassionate, and determined. I have always tried to look at life as a lesson. I take the negative occurrences and see them as positive learning tools. My positive outlook, patience, and education gave me the gift of judgment-free coaching. Throughout my career, I have spent my time helping, listening, and more importantly, hearing what others have to say. My goal has always been to empower others to help them make, meet, and exceed their goals.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Canada in my mid-twenties. When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, baking, taking long walks, and connecting with family close by and in the United States. My greatest accomplishment is having raised my daughter and son. I continue to witness them meet their life goals and push through the challenges of life using the tools I have always taught them.
